Phase 1: Breath

Begin at the Beginning.

The breath can be seen as an axis point between what we consider the body and what we consider the mind. We can use the breath to interrupt negative feedback loops in the mind and regulate the nervous system (the other mind-body axis!)

BreathWork focuses both Attention and  Intention and activates the power of the work to follow.

It all begins and ends with the breath. The breath is our first marker in our evaluation of safety and prognosis for continued survival. Restrictions to the breath deeply undermine our sense of security in the world. Restoration of the fullness of breath can literally open our eyes to possibility and futures we thought beyond our reach.
