Phase 2: Total Body Integration: Planks

Loading the arms becomes a total body exercise in integration. Planks, (Quad, Tri-ped, and Bi-ped), Side planks, forearm planks, push ups, v-ups and  handstands; sequences here progressively challenge total body integration and internal and external stability to the max!
