The number 1 job of  the core is not to crunch! It is to Stabilize. Our Deepest Core Complex concerns the entire lumbo-pelvic structure. It creates the housing for our center of gravity, the central organizing point around which all of our movement rotates and through which load transfers. It is the Seed for all healthy movement.
